No two students are alike, so no two learning plans should be either. After a thorough assessment, I create customized materials and lessons that meet each student exactly where they are and help them progress at their own pace.
My approach combines the rigor of evidence-based instruction with the warmth of genuine care for each student's success. When students enjoy the learning process and feel supported by their instructor, they make remarkable progress.

I've dedicated my 25-year career in literacy instruction to helping every student form a positive relationship with books and reading. With my Master's in Literacy Education from Western Kentucky University and decades of classroom, coaching, and tutoring experience, I understand that every student learns in their own way and deserves an approach tailored to their unique needs.
What sets me apart are the genuine relationships I build with my students. When children feel safe, supported, and understood, they are ready to take on challenges and grow.
